Northern Car Park
Our North travelators are fully operational and back up and running, therefore:
1. The Ground Level and Upper Level Car Parks are open and operating as normal.
2. Our Northern Basement Car Park is open and operating as normal.
Southern Car Park
3. The Upper Level of the Southern Car Park is open and operating as normal.
4. Our Southern Basement Car Park is open, however, the travelators to and from the shops are not yet operational. For your safety, the travelators are closed to customers utilising:
-Trolleys
-Prams & Strollers
-Wheelchairs & Mobility Equipment
5. Customers using this equipment are strongly encouraged to park on the Upper South Level Car Park or in the Western Car Park.
6. Should you park in the basement, you will need to utilise the footpath located at the western end of the car park to access the shops which is not recommended. This footpath connects to Australia Post on our Shop Level and is not undercover.
Western Car Park
7. The Upper and Basement Levels of the Western Car Park are open and operating as normal.
