A Welcoming, Low-stimulation Environment

We’re proud to offer Quiet Hour – a sensory-friendly shopping experience designed to make our Centre more inclusive and comfortable for everyone, especially those with sensory sensitivities, including individuals on the autism spectrum.

🕐 What is Quiet Hour?

During Quiet Hour, stores within the Centre may reduce sensory input by:

  • Dimming the lights

  • Lowering music and PA announcements

  • Reducing register and scanner volumes
  • Minimising trolley collections and cleaning activity

  • Encouraging a calm, quiet atmosphere in-store
